The recipe of the Day: Doughnuts with hazelnut praline

Ingredients…
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 sachets of dry yeast
5 tbsp. butter
¾ Cup. milk hot
â…“ Cup of. sugar
¾ Tbsp. salt
5 cup. flour
hazelnut praline for the filling
white chocolate or dark chocolate for coating
Process recipe
In a bowl, mix the yeast with a little water. Keep aside. In another bowl, mix the butter with the milk. Add the sugar, salt, 1 egg, the yolk, the yeast and the flour. Knead and cover with cling film. Leave the dough to rest for 1 hour.
Roll out with a rolling pin the dough and with a glass or κουπατ big cut circular bases. On half of the brush with a beaten egg and put a teaspoon of hazelnut praline in the center. Cover with the other half of the brackets. Leave aside to stand for 1 hour.
Fry in plenty of oil at medium temperature. Remove to a paper towel.
Melt in bain-marie the chocolate of your choice and brush it over the donuts.
Serve.
